Homemade gnocchi

Gnocchi are so famous that there are countless versions all over the world. Our homemade gnocchi respect the traditional Italian recipe: water, flour and potatoes. The simple and delicate dough allows you to enjoy great creativity in the kitchen.

This pasta is made from a dough based on rehydrated potato flakes and other ingredients, to be then  shaped and packaged inmodified atmosphere.

Cooking and condiment tips:
Serve them with any sauce, according to taste.
