Many dishes go by this name. The best known and widely used are potato gnocchi but there are also other versions, ranging from those made with spinach to semolina gnocchi. Gnocchi have many different and widespread roots, a long fascinating story that has survived to date. Pastificio Barosi is dedicated to making refined potato gnocchi with a subtly enticing flavour. They are made with flour and a pinch of salt, and since we love to experiment, we also offer original recipes, such as the three-coloured chicche gnocchi.
