Fazzoletti pasta with chives


These ‘handkerchieves’ are a real surprise. The initial taste of ricotta is suddenly joined by the more intense flavour of chives, creating a perfect balance of flavours.

Features:
This pasta is made by rolling out sheets of a dough made of durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, egg, and water, with green streaks from the chopped spinach, then filled with a mixture of ricotta cheese, chives and other ingredients, folded by hand and then subjected to pasteurization and a modified atmosphere packaging process.

Cooking and condiment tips:
Ideal with a light seasoning based on bell peppers and onion.

Cooking time: 1 to 2 minutes
